Title: Does this count as a post to keep my account from deletion?
Post by: Dr. Leopold Von Gneiss on September 26, 2009, 09:23:56 PM
Hello! I am a big time lurker on gaming sites, I don't post much. I am here primarily because I am interested in getting into the Strange Aeons game, I like the idea of Pulp, Weird War and other alt history genres, but real life imposes limits on me so in general I blow my time and resources on fantasy and sci-fi. But this game reminds me a bit of the Mask of the Red Death game, which I loved to death, so I am curious.

Thanks for the welcome folks! Yes, this forum is addictive, I don't think that I have ever seen a forum that is this active but that also seems to be civil, friendly and constructive. And I'm checking out genres here that I only dreamed about playing (westerns for instance). Not that I will have the time and resources to explore new genres, but it is still fun to check them out and see what folks are creating.

Yeah, even the forums you don't play here are well worth keeping up on just for the awesome stuff and inspiration available - the Western forum has some spectacular building and scenery projects, although like you it's not an area that interests me at all personally!

Welcome, anyway!
