What do you think of it?

Very nice!

Cracking

Wonderful looking .
Hope it leads to many great games.

That's a wonderfully nutty project. It looks like you gave a good deal of thought to the playability and accommodation of sausage fingers.
-
Impressive, I might have a go myself, can't think where to store it though.
-
Foly Huck! That is some terrain piece! I can just see an SH60 fast-roping Spec Ops boys onto it...
-
Looks great! And if the structures on the top deck are removable, it could do double duty as a coffee table!
-
Now thats impressive :-*
-
thats one great looking set up.

My thoughts exactly.

Beautiful ... enjoyed looking at the additional details on your blog as well
So many games tables don’t have any height to them, but the rig presents a whole different set of challenges for players.

It folds into a 50x50x35 box. Still bulky but manageable
-
That is really superb!!! :o

Great to see this one. A brilliant Place for gaming. Planned it for a long time, because it is self-contained. Like a space-station e.g. in Moonraker. Great work.

The North Sea? lol lol lol
Looks fantastic.

Yes I saw it on your blog. I think that is a great feature of this piece. Perhaps it could be stored in an even smaller box by downsizing it a bit and putting bits inside other bits when in storage. Then I might be able to squeeze it in between the other stuff in my limited storage space.
It would be great for use with my collection of 28mm frogmen.

Nice work. But if you game a Deep Water Horizon scenario you'll really have to mess the JeeBeesus out of it. :o
-
That's an excellent scratch build. Perfect for a Diamonds are Forever style finale.
-
Magnificent piece of terrain/game board ! :-* I have a similar project on back burner : a big landing pad (intended for Star Wars Legion) made from the wood "plate" of a wall clock and separate cardboard tubes (for 3,4,5 or 6 feets with/without central elevator depending of the mood). Great blog too.

Thank you all!

That is amazing.

But...don't you play your 28mm frogmen games in the bath like everyone else?
I tried 15mm once but the frogmen went down the plug hole. >:(

Well, there's only enough space in the bathroom for a shower I'm afraid.
Pretty good for replicating heavy rains on a small tabletop but no good for frogmen lol
And a bath would take up even more space than a foldable oil rig ;)

Nice! Ready for some Comacchio Company action:-)
