Spot on :) Not going to paint it silver/aluminium going to do a grey camouflage sort of thing.

Sounds good.
I keep threatening to buy myself one, willpower is weakening.......this is the way........

This is the way :D

Revell claims it's 1/72, which has put me off buying one, although Revell's "scales" are picked by a random number generator in a lot of cases :-[
How do 28mm figures look against it?
Thanks

This is more often true than is preferable :?

It is pretty big, I did consider swapping the seats out for 1/48 ,however that would mean re-designing the cockpit, and in the end I decided it was too much work, the two side hatches are too low. It can be done, easily ,just requires a bit of kit bashing. It will look good alongside 28mm miniatures anyway :)
-
Thanks. I still have Christmas voucher money left, so I'll see about picking it up
-
They seem to go pretty quickly,I think a lot of scalpers are buying them up >:(. I had to order mine from the UK last November.
-
There are quite a few on Amazon just now, so I've taken the plunge. If nothing else it will keep all the other unbuilt kits in the loft company ;D
-
Looking good, got my fingers crossed for more pics, especially against some 28mm minis.

That's happened with the N1 Starfighter ::)
-
Yeah; the only N1 fighters kits still available on Ebay at the moment are a few of the diecast ones in 1/48, and those are way too hard to convert to my liking... :?
+++EDIT+++ Correction: even those are now gone... ::)
