A very proud moment for me - I've just finished painting a DBA Middle Anglo-Saxon army made up of my own Wiglaf Miniatures. In all of the years I've spent making armies for this game, I never imagined I'd ever have my own range! Can't wait to get them into a game...

Excellent Dan :-* :-* :-*

Very nice looking units.
Any idea on when the next release will be?
-
This is what I also intend to do, eventually. Then I'll add a dragon and other suitable fantasy elements so that i can use them for HoTT as well. Very inspiring photo. :P

Yes, HOTT elements would add some much-needed variety to an early Anglo-Saxon army. Apart from a white dragon and heroes, I assume, what else did you have in mind?
-
Thanks for the nice comments! Great idea for the HOTT army, and I'm also interested in what ideas you have for that army. Do you have a particluar dragon in mind? I used to have a Reaper Bones young dragon that was the perfect size for HOTT.

We're working on them now, so a couple of months away. More command minis and Vendel Culture warriors.

That could take a little while to decide on. There are so many lovely Dragons available. All I know for certain at this stage is that it will be White. My Welsh, of course, will have a contrasting Red Dragon. :D

Looking great. :-*
And looking forward for the next release.
