Title: (Kickstarter) Reaper Bones 6 - Tales From The Green Griffin is live
Post by: zemjw on 02 April 2022, 04:40:55 PM
I have to admit I never really understand the Reaper kickstarters. I much prefer the "pay x, get y" sort of campaign. However, there is a lot of stuff, with a core pledge and loads of add-on pledges.

Reaper forum thread on the subject here (https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/98570-bones-6-enthusiasm-and-commentary/) - all 44 pages of it :o

I suppose people know how successful these have been in the past, so the core pledge will be much bigger than it starts with.

I bought Bones 3 (IIRC) but went in pretty late on when most stuff was unlocked. It was a huge amount of figures, and took an age to deliver. Ultimately it was far too many disparate figures - some of come in useful subsequently - but most are still unpainted. The big stuff, giants, dragons, ogres are great value for big imposing figures.
