Title: Terrain and spells - Ruins close ups - Page 4
Post by: OSHIROmodels on 24 April 2022, 01:00:45 PM
A mix of commission work and my own stuff for the fantasy games we're playing using the FFoL Fantasy trilogy.

First off some commission ruins and a ruined tower.

And then a little camp as an objective.

And finally for now, some representative spells from the fantasy magic book. Not entirely practical on the gaming table but they were fun to make and I'll probably work my way through the ones that can be represented in 3d.

Lovely work mate.

Especially like the idea of the columns being separate meaning that the vast bulk of the ruins can be used for a whole variety of settings.

Finished off some rocks  :) The dolmen is removable so trees can be added to the base if necessary.

Finished off some more. Barrow and sacrificial stone are for commission and the beacon is for me as it would be a useful scenario objective.

Excellent stuff, especially that barrow. How big is it, it looks like a decent size? Nice stone effect on the monolith too.

How big is it, it looks like a decent size?

It's about 340mm long, 140mm deep and 55mm high to the top of the rock.

Yeah, it doesn’t dominate the tabletop though as it’s quite low.

Finished editing some close ups of the ruins and made a few menhir for myself  :)

The magic gateway probably looks familiar (Wheel of Time series) but its unintentional.
