Fire Giant queen from the Reaper Bones line. I replaced the spear shaft with an aluminum tube.

I’ve always thought this an amazing model and you’ve done a great paint job. How did you get the existing shaft out the hand?

Good idea to replace the haft too, those Bones figures can be very bendy.

I cut it off at each hand, and then used a drill to make a hole in each hand for the new shaft. When it was in place, I used putty to fill the gaps. I used smaller tubing to pin the tips back on to the new shaft.

It was ridiculousy bent after living in a box in the garage for a couple of years before I started working on it.
