Been after a Bugler for the 'Paradise River Patrol' for many moons. Thanks to an act of kindness from the CO of Matakishi's Tea House, Himself can now get his early morning wake up call!

That MUST be trumpeter Harry Callahan! :o

Yep, Dirty Harry stars in 'Bugles in the Afternoon'!
;D

Next days headline in the local rag , Man beaten to death with his own bugleā¦.

A bit more time for a response, and no offense to anyone, but:
-- Native warrior rides in furiously when the trumpeter thwacks him off his horse and to the ground, denting slightly his instrument. The furious warrior, with his Mohawk hairdo and bone through his nose, rages up - only to be stopped cold by the Magnum Steroid model colt in the bugler's hand pointing right between his eyes and Harry says, with a sneer of his lip, "Make my day, Punkdian." --
lol. You're welcome. ::)

I know it ain't Dirty Harry, but I prefer "Get off my lawn..."
Meanwhile, back at the topic ( ;)), lovely rendition of Lt. Col Custer and his musical accompaniment. Well done!

I only did the 'Ginrel', Bugler came ready painted. I've a great affection for Brittania Miniatures US Cavalrymen. They always reming me of the 1/76 Scale plastic Atlantic Wild West figures of 'yesteryear'...
but bigger, and all growed up!
