Title: Good service from Black cat bases.

I ordered four deep ones and a bunch of tentacles emerging from a manhole from Black cat bases on the 22nd of september.
They arrived today a bit delayed, but with four extra deep ones as a compensation for the delay! That is what I call excellent customer service.   :)

They did the same with my order. And I hadn't even noticed it was delayed.  8)

Thanks for the post, I am afraid we are a bit behind with our orders and this was our way of apologizing we have both been ill with some strange flu type bug and as a result we haven't been doing much more than sleeping, so we are way behind. outstanding orders will get done this week with extras.
also any orders this week will get the same so now your chance to get some freebies.

Thank you very much! At least we are up and about now. Nasty, nasty bug!
