Hello,
We are playing salvage crew scenario for Stargrave ;D
Are shooting stats of the shooter added to the 19-20 roll on the wall power?

Hi,

If a figure makes a Shooting action at the wall, who rolls a die ? The shooter or the defender ?
And, if the shooter, does he add his shoot stat to reach 19–20 and cancel the wall ?
