I am looking for suggestions particularly for Native American types and British Civilians
I was going to use my ECW figures for the militia
So far I have bought the Wargames Foundry packs

I would suggest ECW/30 years war figures for the settlers along with a mix of figures from Crucible Cruche's Flint and Feather range (some of the English settlers are done with the Pequeot wars in mind)
For the Indigenous peoples I'd suggest Flint and Feather figures too, possibly with a sprinkling of FIW models to give a few more western trade items such as hatchets, shirts, etc

This maybe useful as company who produced a Pequot Wars Wargame Scenario book with some links.

Osprey do a few as well.
Maybe easier to track down King Philips War ranges as only 30 or so years later, much the same and Puritan looking types should work fine. Although as noted the ECW ranges should be close enough.
I looked into it a few years ago, but never got past the research bit.

Try Brigade. They have a line for King Phillip's War that would work for Pequot Wars.
There is a British company Parkside? Parkfield? that also does KPW too.
Eureka does a line of Powhatan Indians that could work as well.

Crucible Crush has figures perfect for early 17th century colonial games.
