Quite certainly he won't, because the moulds and rights were auctioned a while ago. See his links (http://www.olleysarmies.co.uk/links.html) page to find out, which ranges are currently in production. Other buyers need some time to set up their business. Be patient. You'll get your scrunt goodness eventually.

Meanwhile, I really should paint my double-peaked scrunt mountain I grabbed from his two closedown sales...

I did... Bought half an army some time ago and took the (wise, as it seems now) action to buy the second half prior to the auction. Seems I took the right option now...
