On the Friday before Halloween we put on our Second Annual Halloween game at out local gaming hangout. This year it was a cooperative rescue mission to get several groups of rescued damsels in distress through the dreaded Haunted Forest. It was a pretty eclectic group of rescuers including Carpathian vampire hunters, Cossacks, samurai, English Civil war veterans, the Three Musketeers and Buffy the vampire slayer. The game went on until one of the groups (McGraw's Marauders) was able to exit the board and we called it to go get dinner. Fun game. Photos below.

Carpathia seems very tame in comparison. Great post.

Looks like you all had a good game, great mixup of miniatures to.
Hope Dinner was as good !
What rules are you using? for the game that is, although the dinner rules might be interesting as well.

Sounds like it was an excellent way to enjoy Halloween. 👍

We used "In her majesty's name" Gothic supplement. 200 point-forces. We set the period as All Hallows eve 1699. So, no cartridge firearms, no Steam-punk tech. But lots of silver bullets and blessed weapons.
The female vampire hunter was Lady Buffington, not "Buffy", how rude!
I ran the game. Each player was supposed to take 2 damsels across the board. I made the mistake of making one for each player a "free" medic. The monsters managed to defeat a number of figures, that the medics managed to revive. The only good guy to stay down was the brave Samurai that attacked a group of Ogres and was too far for the medic to get to.
The monsters included a mummy, a vampire, his bride, a witch, ogres, skeletons, Froglodytes, Ghouls, werewolves, a swamp ape, and two Yetis.
Great Fun
