There are some thoughts on Billhooks Deluxe on my blog. 

As I contrituted the Hibernia chapter it isn’t a review.  All the same it might be of interest if you are wondering about what conflicts the rules could potentially cover.

There are also some pic’s of QRF Wars of the Roses figures that I painted when Billhooks first appeared.
