I was not planning on entering the contest and I still am doubtful that I will finish in time. But do to my wife taking some work on the weekends I have had some unexpected time to start the project.
I envision a dock harbor scene from a unnamed Caribbean port town. I would like to make the town as generic as possible so that it can range from the 1700-1900 and the buildings will be in a mix between styles.
