I've been many times and never seen a wargaming shop - but I do not travel too far from the centre.
However at the entrance to the Palais-Royale (on Rue Saint-Honoraie) there is a wonderful model soldier (54mm and up) shop called Drapeau de France. I was last there in 2019 and it had been there for decades so hope it still is.

Hi, I've just googled "Paris Wargaming Shops" and it came up with a list of toy/gaming shops with addresses, opening times etc. I used to know one on the road from Porte St Cloud to the Pont de Sevres but it isn't on the list so may have closed. Enjoy Paris. I need to go again to visit Les Invalides

If your tastes run to 28mm ( 1/48-1/50) vehicles then you should pop into Quarter Kit.
10 Pass. du Charolais, 75012 Paris, France
Some of the best resin stuff out there.

The military museum has amazing scale models on exhibit of fortresses and towns from all over France and adjacent territories; they were built for centuries for the French senior military types for planning purposes. I saw them in the attic of the museum 22 years ago now, I think they've been moved and that exhibit expanded since then!
Not a store, but well worth it for folks who do what we do.
