Title: Black Cat Bases Website Down

I’ve just noticed that the Black Cat Bases website is down.

I hope everything is ok with them, the have had a page saying that there’s health issues.

I placed an order with them on the 8th January. I've emailed them a number of times since and I've received no replies or goods.

I ordered some bits last month, I didn’t expect anything for at least a month though (I’ve ordered before 🤣🤣)

I put in as order with them early February, then after a month tried contacting them. While waiting for a response I did what I should have done before placing an order and looked at their social media and reviews. From at least 6 months ago they don't seem to have delivered, or even responded, to anyone. I had to get a refund through Paypal, which just so happened to coincide with the site going down.

I hope everyone is OK, but it does seem that Black Cat Bases are defunct and have been for a while.

I put a PayPal dispute but still heard nothing back!

Which is a shame as they have always been a good little company, slow but good

All I can really add is that when I asked Paypal for a refund; it got confirmed almost immediately.

I can only assume that Black Cat Bases now have such a poor rating with Paypal, as they have already had to process so many refunds (probably 100% in the last 6 months) and had no communication with Black Cat, that they now just process refunds automatically.

Following my order in January I heard nothing from them and gave up in May.
I got a refund from PayPal with no problem.

Hope all's okay following what I've recently heard regarding the owner of Outpost.

Is this company still trading.
I can’t find a website. Or has another company taken over the range.
Do hope so as they did some nice modern figures.

Try Noble Knight….I think they stock some Black Cat stuff….

Tried them, every line out of stock. That’s why I’m guessing they’ve stopped trading.
