Also, while not 100% the same as the film, this is a good take on Kali from The Golden Voyage

I'd second the Ghost Archipelago sprue and also add the Gripping Beast Arab sprue (individually and cheaply available on eBay).

The Wargames Atlantic Afghan sprue might also be handy.

You could use something like a Schleich eagle for vulture for a roc.

For the giant, the description is interesting:

"... a huge creature in the likeness of a man, black of colour, ... with eyes like coals of fire and large canine teeth like boar's tusks and a vast big gape like the mouth of a well. Moreover, he had long loose lips like camel's, hanging down upon his breast, and ears like two Jarms falling over his shoulder-blades, and the nails of his hands were like the claws of a lion."

I reckon any particularly ugly troll, ogre or giant would do the trick here - the key ingredients seem to be tusks, clawed hands and slack lips (you could dismiss the "upon his breast" bit as hyperbole). Otherwise, the main thing would be to paint him black with red eyes.

I have the Midlam guy on a flying carpet, as well as the Harwood Hobbies Sinbad, both are good, though different sculpture styles. Harwood is a pretty tall 28mm, Midlam is the ex-Mega Minis range (don't know who they were before Mega) and maybe closer to 25mm.

For the 1958 Cyclops, several companies make them, or things broadly similar.

Alternative Armies:

(anatomically questionable)

and Ral Partha Legacy sell Dennis Mize's take:

https://ralparthalegacy.com/products/49-0291

Dennis Mize also sculpted a decent rage of Sinbad figures, still available from Iron Wind Metals, categorised under 'Eastern', but you'd have to import those from the US.

The one Dennis Mize Sinbad figure that's available in the UK (that I'm aware of) is this one:

I have these Iron Wind figures, and they're really nice.
They look better in person than the photo shows.  I like the far right guy for a movie Sinbad.

I'm looking, but I don't seem to have any photos of mine.

The "Legends of the Sands" are decent figures.

The others are on this page of my website LINK (https://www.orctrader.co.uk/Fantasy.html) if you'd like to see how they paint up.  They are on the large side though and some - like the Sinbad-proxy in the picture - wouldn't fit on a 25mm round base.

Cyclops EOE Orbis (formerly Black Tree Design/ Harlequin Miniatures)
https://eoeorbisuk.com/collections/fantasy/products/fa77920-farneem-the-cyclops?variant=4539078019

Was also going to recommend their fantasy Saracens as I recall some real gems in that range but sadly I can’t see it on their website so must be out of production.

Scotia Grendel Corsairs (also formerly BTD/Harlequin from their Lord of the Rings range)

Particularly their Corsair Swordsmen
