Title: Mantic Plague (added to 22/03)
Post by: pauld on 20 March 2023, 03:02:57 PM
I'm supposed to be painting Napoleonics for Silver Bayonet but I'm at the disheartened stage with them - all that lace and bling has put me off for a bit.

Needed to break the block and these chaps were much easier.  A bit cartoony but they came up nice and will be useful for all sorts of nasties in various games.

Mantic are like a box of Milk Tray chocolates, there's a few too many crap ones, most are just OK but a few turn out to be favourites after all.

Ah, the original Mantic Plague! I always liked these models (not the material though...), and it's always pleasing to see some painted up as nicely as yours. :)

Some more Plague experiments while I'm on this kick.

The bigger guy was painted a while ago the two smaller chaps both this week (and I still got different colours)
