Title: 28mm French 1812-1815 uniform, fusilier figures firing and loading - makers?
Post by: David H on April 05, 2023, 12:27:47 PM
Does anyone know of a manufacturer of French fusiliers in the later uniform that I could use for a unit in firing line?

I have seen some by Elite but they are not my cup of tea and everyone else just seems to make voltigeurs shooting.

Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks - I hadn't spotted them. The only problem is that they are on the small size these days and ideally I want them to match Perry miniatures in size.
Still, they might be ok. I have some Foundry Austrians I can compare to.

Hi
Front Rank minis, via Gripping Beast these days, have French Voltigures in firing loading poses.
They are in campaign dress, minus epualletes and sabre, simple job to trim the pompom into a disc or ball?
Hope this helps. :)
