Title: New miniatures for 'Dead Man's Hand'.

New gangs for 'Dead Man's Hand' are now available for pre-order with Great Escape Games and will be available at Salute on 22nd April and I had the pleasure of painting the leaders for them.

First up is a deadly quick-draw duellist, Cherokee Bill, heading up 'The Bucks' (and poorly photographed in iffy light).

Next is Duke, leader of the young gang 'The Boys', a veteran with a rolling gait, very keen on instructing people to dismount and increase their calcium intake.

Don't know if it's the pic or the sculpt but I'm frequently unhappy with hats that are too small for the head with too little brim and the number of longarms that have stocks that are too short.

I know, I know...shouldn't quibble.  But the minis these days are so darn good it's a shame to ruin them like that   :-[

Not the best photos (I hate the weird winter light you get - lamps make it too washed out, no lamps and it's too dull) but you get the idea. New figures for Great Escape but I don't know when they'll be available - usually the releases happen in the spring for expo season.
