I've had a message out of the blue from HeavyGear822 asking to send me an attachment.

I'm not sure that I know him, and have no idea what the attachment might be. (I'm not expecting anything).

Is this a scam? Has he been hacked? Has he just sent a message to the wrong person?
Do I need to report the message to the admins?
