Oh my Blooming God, I have just wasted and hour and half of my life looking for 28mm or 1/56th scale roman furniture and shop fitting and could I find them, could I heck.
Actually thats not totally true as Iron Gate Scenery has some, which are very good, but some of the stuff I want they either dont have, dont do anymore or is is not in stock.
If does anyone know of any manufactures that do physical, 3D printed or even STL files from Roman furniture so I can place them in my shops for my Gangs of Rome buildings.

At the moment there isn't a one stop shop I know of for this kind of thing. I do think it is something Footsore will take on in the future and likely offer physical printed stuff.
In the meantime, there are many stls you can use to fill Roman shops but they are scattered across different creators and platforms. Everything I used in my builds took me many, many hours to find and I've been collecting some of them for years in anticipation of a Rome project. Some things I made myself in 3D Builder.
Unfortunately my only suggestion is to have a good look through Thingyverse and MyMiniFactory.

Have you looked at the various medieval/fantasy ranges for market "ramage". With the exception of some of the very Roman specific products like those found in the caupona I'm sure you could find suitable benches, trestle tables, market stalls, barrels and sacks of produce etc etc.

Iorn gate scenery.
Do a 'Roman Bar' set and other general market pieces. It is 3d print stuff. I've a set floating around some where. As bought a set a while back( I think pre COVID at Vapnartark.) I never used it as The counter had a very visible layers. But since I believe they've improved their printing techniques,and equipment.

Spent ages hunting for tiny Roman furniture too—ended up mixing some 3D printed pieces with bits from different sets, and it actually gave my Gangs of Rome buildings a quirky, unique look. Sally 4th do a rather nice collection of terrain scatter and also people in their Street on the Aventine portion of the Might of Rome range.
A mix of metal and resin items ranging from cuts of meat and washtubs, through tables and four-legged stools, to a palanquin and a thermopolium/ popina/ taverna serving counter with a bas-relief front.
They even do you a "Liberation Front" set of seated miniatures with table and stools. No indication as to which Liberation Front. Probably the Judean People's Front. Splitters! lol lol lol
