I hear stories about things not working out, first, second, whatever time, so...
what happens to it? I bought three carrier bags full of misprinted 3D things at
the Bring & Buy, Nottingham show last year. Nearly finished 'repairing' them and
would like more. There is a problem. I can not find/ track any such thing down.
Does the Hive Mind know all the Miscast/misprints live?
I doubt I will ever get around to doing any 3D printing myself, before that is suggested. :D

Etsy sellers frequently have random bags of misprints.

True, but that does involve a lot of trawling through Etsy.
I tried putting in 'misprints' as a search, but did not have much luck.
Is there a specific title for such a search?

I've bought slightly miscast models at shows at a hefty discount, or got them for free with a purchase.
You might try contacting miniature companies that do resin casting and/or printing to ask if they have miscasts and if they are willing to sell them. A bit cheeky perhaps, but I wouldn't know of any other way except shows and trawling the webs...

I was trying to avoid the show/trawling the internet route, especially as
there must be lots of miscasts out there.

TBH mate they just go in the bin. It's so easy to print stuff there's no reason to keep the defects. They're chucked in the curer with the supports and forgotten. It's just not worth the hassle to keep them around.
