Title: 10mm copplestone wolves
Post by: Kikuchiyo on 27 July 2023, 08:40:44 PM
Can anyone tell me how these scale with 10mm minis

I picked up some pendrakens and while nice sculps they seem more 15mm than 10

I’ve got a blister of Copplestone TM8 and they are called Giant Wolves - they are big, probably the height of a 10mm figure.

But I’ve seen these on the table and they look fine as units of wolves.

Haven't looked for a bit at Pendraken animal ranges but I do know they have both 10 mm and 15 mm animals listed.  Were the wolves 10 mm?  Or maybe 15 mm?  Though memory suggests all of the 15 mm offerings were domestic animals.

They are from their fantasy range and probably meant to be big

The issue for me is I'm after 10mmwolves and these are probably meant to be giant wolves

Perhaps look at the offerings from Irregular Miniatures - not familiar with their 10 mm animals but they might be another option.

The Irregular wolves are fairly big too - I think most of the fantasy ones are designed as Wargs to be ridden.

The copplestone ones are pretty much horse sized.
