I recently painted some Perry GI's to use with the One Hour Skirmish Wargame rules and needed some opposition for them. Due to the size of the figures l decided to paint some Afrika Korps as standard Heer, l only need a rifle squad per side, this is how they turned out.

These look good, are the helmets molded to the heads or do you have to glue them on?

The plastic figures set has a variety of helmets, cape and Sun helmets to glue on.

They're looking great! What even is the difference between the Afrika Korps and the early war uniforms, they look identical to me (aside from the boots).

They are almost exactly the same in style and cut. The only real difference would be color and material used. This makes it easier to switch some minis in terms of theaters as done here.

I've done something similar with Warlord DAK guys.
Your chaps look great!
