Title: Bringing the Empress Zulu War Brits home.

Interested in building up some small "Sharp Practice" style forces for fictional 1880's scenarios. Clearly the Perry Zulu War plastic infantry come with the option of Home Service helmets. Has anyone tried to use these heads with the British from the Empress Zulu War range ? These minis have a lot of character - especially for more of a small skirmish style game.

Empress and Perry are pretty compatible with each other, so it should be doable. Just remember that the Empress' Zulu War Brits come with heads attached, so you'll have to remove them. I tried the same thing you're aiming to do a few months ago with a pair of clippers, but I ended up just mangling the entire miniature.
