Title: combat general WSS rules

Anyone know anything about these rules?  I just learned about them in an advert from a bookseller.  I searched here and didn't find anything (that could be entirely my own inability) and a web search turned up precious little.

Yeah, that's all I found also.

I guess I'll have to buy a copy and give them a whirl....
