It looks strange that these Ukrainian formations are assigned to the white army. Meanwhile, they fought both against the Reds and against the Whites (and also against the Poles) - i.e. were the third force.
In battles against the Reds, they often acted on the battlefield as allies of the German and Austro-Hungarian armies.
In fact, their uniform (namely in these units) differed from the Russian uniform only in a peculiar addition to the headdress (this "tongue" on the fur cap was called shlyk). Like all other local armies, the army of the Ukrainian People's Republic experienced difficulties with the supply of uniforms, so military units could look quite colorful, having a mixture of military and civilian clothing, in addition, the archaic style of Ukrainian national clothing was popular among them and military personnel sometimes sewed for themselves enough "theatrical" uniforms in the style of past centuries.

Cuprum - I too was suprised that Empress put them in the White camp given the history of the Ukraine during the Civil War - where everyone seemed to be fighting everybody else but the figures look good and they seem to be the first of a Russian Civil War range.

Agree to all. Interestingly, te pictures of their sources on the website clearly say Central Rada and Free Ukrainian forces and don't mention Whites.

None the less ,the figures look great
