The folks over at Dwarven Forge have been working on a new series of sci-fi terrain that will be in their robust Dwarvenite material rather than resin like their original sci-fi terrain.

At this stage it is looking like a smaller release than their usual giant Kickstarter campaigns.
I am sure they would like to hear your feedback as they are still in the design stages and the wargaming crowd is definitely being taken into consideration as you can see in the video.

Got loads of the old sets and its super robust! Not a fan of dwarvenite - but quite like the look of that. I’ve been priced out of the newer sets, but I will keep an eye.

While it's not something I need, it's nice to see them considering the sci-fi market. Sadly - like above, I've been priced out of their products and don't see myself buying any more, but there are plenty of people out there with bigger budgets that I'm sure they'll do well enough.

The prices of Dwarven forge is getting way to much for me. I like Dungeons and lasers sci fi stuff bit more reasonable

My understanding is that DF is limiting the number of sculpts and no LED pieces at this point in order to keep prices down. Some Folkloregruppe on the DF forums are saying it reminds them of the DF KS 1 Dungeon “bread and butter” style more than the recent “bells and whistles” kickstarter campaigns.
That said, given the state of international production and shipping, I doubt this will be terrain as budget friendly as a D&L Kickstarter.
