Title: Black Ops Stealth Missions - how many Points to Defender?

Hi folks,
when playing the stealth missions from the rulebook, in our experience the attacker almost always wins, sometimes without having any trouble at all. Maybe we do it wrong. We play with even point value for attacker and defender, but the rulebook is kind of unclear about this. How many points should the defender have in let´s say a 60 point extraction game? How many reserves?
