Just asking if anyone else out there is still having problems with Tiny? I bought some mats from him back in late April and after three months I finally got the right product, having had to return incorrent stuff to him at my own expense. A minor grumble is that when I measured one today I found that it measures 47' x 71' which isn't 6' x 4'! However when I posted my finding on our groups WhatsApp one of my mates tells me that he still hasn't received one replacement mat for an order he placed at the same time despite multiple e-mails. Is this a unique case?

Personally, I've not had problems but I understand there are some who have had issues around slow delivery, mat sizes not being as ordered, hex grids printed the wrong way etc.
Some have experienced replacements being wrong and have had multiple back and forth.
As I say, these are anecdotal.
They have always sent me a sample picture for any custom orders.

Plenty of complaints in the last 3 years on TMP. Some seem to get their order, some don't, some delayed or wrong.

For me, the first two orders were OK, the third, much more recent, was a complete nightmare.

I really hate to do this kind of trashing of someone’s business but after 6 months of back-and-forth emails but still getting NOTHING but lip service I have had it! On 1/29/2024 I ordered a Samurai Mat from Richard and we discussed via email just what I wanted. I was told what to order and how to pay, he even sent a link. I paid via bank card and waited, got a message it was processing, then nothing… After a month I messaged for a tracking number, nothing, another month, nothing. A few more emails and a message from Richard asking what I ordered (should he not know when I gave him my name and order number?!?) I went back into emails got all the info and was promised reprinting and sending to me. More waiting, 1 month, 2 months, more emails and calls, no tracking, finally a women emailed that Richard was not there, but she would help me if I could give all the order information AGAIN. She said they didn’t do the Mat I wanted in the size I wanted despite the fact that Richard said he could “no problem”! Finally, I emailed to just send the regular Samurai mat and I’m fine. That’s the last time I have heard from them despite my telling them I just want my mat or a refund or I going to do what I hate to do, flame them everywhere I can! so FLAME ON!!! Bottom line bad business to deal with…… I have now started a charge back with my bank!! >:(

Well one only has to do a search on the web of "Tiny Wargames" to bring up a host of threads on sites from TMP, Reddit, and LAF, Dozens of complaints and there not just "oh they got my order wrong" but problems that are outright mismanagement and even border on thievery! Of course, I should have done this type of search before I ordered my mat but in 40 years of gaming, I have had only one or two problems and the companies made the right in a timely fashion with proper communication :D. Neither of these seem to be in tiny Wargames business profile! >:( They have also closed comments/feedback on their facebook page as well as several other of “their” sites, never a good sign. Remember for every customer that does leave a complaint there are normally ten who don’t bother, you do the math! :o
