Title: Welcome To Brewsterville
Post by: Codsticker on October 26, 2023, 03:01:43 AM
A couple of years ago a friend and I ordered some western miniatures from Brigade Games in the US and a American Store from the Perry's. I got some of the minis and the store painted up during the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge

Inspired by a game of What A Cowboy this past August, I bought a Perry's North American Farmhouse and a Renedra North American Church.

Fantastic looking figures and buildings! I really like you style and the buildings are absolutely brilliant!

Concur with all positive comment above.

I want to point out one specific thing that other gamers might want to note and follow.

Your buildings don't look like they are pristine and shiny.  I especially like the weathering you did from the ground up which is often overlooked.  Really makes a difference IMHO.

Thank you everyone for the kind comments.

I have a hard time making a pristine, brand new building or vehicle model. I love adding wear and tear and a bit of grime; you can express yourself a bit and it adds that little bit extra to the piece.

Nicely done!!!  I struggle with weathering and modeling in general...I have no artistic ability at all!!!  :-[

Very nicely done indeed.  I love the weathered look you achieved on the house, in particular.
