Diamond Gang Successfully Heists Dutch Schultz’s Booze Convoy!
The Dutch Schultz gang was heading south from the Canadian border with roadster and truck load of booze, real booze, not the cheap stuff!.
The trip so far was going smoothly, rolling steadily through the Catskills in Greene County New York, heading towards a rendezvous with more of the gang at Gipson’s Roadhouse.
But the gang that “owned” this turf was the Legs Diamond gang, and they got wind of this booze run thru their home turf! They had it all, the route, the timing and two perfect places to ambush their rivals.

Looks a fun scenario - and I like that it is booze running out of Canada. Sometime, when I get my stuff painted, I plan to run similar scenarios just further to the west. But also some stuff in Chicago - have the full panoply of buildings from Bluemoon for this (15 mm).

Wow, I'm impressed by the scale, and how you manage to keep all the action moving. I like the way the Schultz Gang anticipated an ambush and split the convoy, and also how the police have to 'decide' how corrupt they will be today.

Yeah, I liked that too.
I've done similar things in my Prohibition-era games. In one game, the local cops (corrupt, as it turned out) even had it out with the non-corrupt State Police and the National Guard...

Nice 8)

Looks fun - I like multiplayer scenarios like that where allegiances can shift on the winds...
