Are these the same molds as the old multipart troopers? Have some of those I'd like to add to, and just wondering about these new kits.
Oooh, will you be releasing the Neo-Iskandrians for Urban War?
Just out of curiosity; are these in the same plastic they used to be in? i.e. the ABS-like plastic that's harder than GW's polystyrene? I remember it being the same material that the Warzone plastics were cast in...
I remember a story about these, the original company contracted the mould making to a company unaware of the concept of the three-up. At Salute they had the result, figures nearly three inches tall!
They were about the size of an action man from what I remember of the interdict I saw, they gave the test shots away to people in the demoing program they had.I do not remember them being that big - Action Man being 12 inches tall (though there was a period where the branding was on a figure half that size).

Is the battle mag pdf or an actual print magazine?
None of the pictures load for me, but I have a box of metal Junkers somewhere...

The Neo-isks are on the list. I'm not sure exactly how that will work out, as the moulds and masters are in very bad shape, and there was always a problem with them.
Cheers,
Seb
Scotia Grendel connection?
I notice a pic or two with the original building terrain; I assume the original (Teknolog?) source is not available. Do you have a source, still looking, ...?
You are aware of the old curse, 'may you live in interesting times...' brought to mind by the Studio comment, underscored by 'current world.'
Thermoplastic Junkers look great - is this the way forward for the metals?
Hi Seb,
I have some of the Void Viridian Strike Commandos and Marines and those are slightly different size, nothing major, but noticeable. Do you have a photo showing how do the Urban War Viridian models compare to those?
Some great looking figures in this range I have to say
As an adherent metal enthusiast, I would love to keep producing miniatures in metal, but in the last few years, the price of raw materials has gone over the roof. So, our plan for now is to produce all new miniatures in thermoplastic and, depending on demand, move the most popular models to thermoplastics.

Companies have been saying for well over 20 years now, and yet there is still surprising demand for metal figures. Somehow, the new cheaper materials rarely result in cheaper prices for the customer, or in models that are easier/nicer to work with.
That said...
£20 for that starter is a very fair price (especially the mix of plastic and metal figures), and shows real sensitivity in respect to my earlier comment of consideration to customers. Well done, and I earnestly hope the starter is successful for you! :)
do you have any american distributors for the set? because while that price is very good for a minis game, shipping to the USA would probably run at least that much if not more right now.
Nice work, the sandrunners were always my favourite unit.
