Time for a silly Christmas game.
Players = John (aka JC), Bob (aka Flatpack), Ian (aka Westbury) and...
well should have included James (aka Vodkafan) but he was working
a late shift, didn't get home till 2.00am then slept through the alarm.
I took over James' role & tried all the dirty tricks (none worked, but James' nick-name
is now, 'EVIL James!' >:(
The game was a modification of a nice Chariot racing game ' FAVSTVS. FVRIVS'
(Fast & furious ?) which I was introduced to by my friends Peter Duckworth &
Rich Madder.
Gonks on Sleds were the competitors. Fun was had & no matter how much I tried
to fiddle the rules Ian won BOTH games!!! :o :o :o :o
770 & 772 = Gonks racing downhill. Pass the first tree around the right, second on the left,
then race for the finish line.
774 = No surprise there was a lot of jostling.
778, 779 & 780 = The rules alow for 'Pitch invasions' by angry crowds. This role was taken
by Polar Bears from my wife's ornaments. :D
777 & 781 = Victorious Ian with (expensive) trophies. lol lol lol

Great fun was had by all.
Played in the right CHRISTMAS spirt.
Couldn’t roll the dice for laughing.
Goodness knows what was happening half the time.
Here’s a photo of a big pile up.
Gonks everywhere.

Here’s a photos of Gonks chasing each other. With Ian always in the lead.

Here’s a nail biter for Ian. Is he over the finishing line ?
Looks like a stewards inquiry from the head judge.

Thanks to Pete for organizing and running a fun filled game.

Brilliant.

Thanks guys.
I have always had a hankering for silly 'end of term' type games.
One of my favourites was the WW1 Football game. :D

That's brilliant. :) The cool thing is how racing games can be adapted for all sorts of races. Your game is yet another great example of that. :D Looks like lots of fun.

Thanks BBS. :) Thankfully no-one took it seriously.
