Wargames atlantic ogre with gw skull.
Bit of carving and milliput, but pretty straightforward conversion

No, they're the kit hands with bone joints carved/filed in

They look painted.  Either way they are brilliant.

Great job.
This looks better than the original which for whatever reason they decided to sculpt all barefoot
