Title: Brigade Games - Swashbuckler figures?
Post by: NickNascati on December 31, 2023, 03:30:44 PM
Does anyone have any of these who could comment on their size?  I’m very happy with my Bloody Miniatures ECW, and would love to expand into the Dumas universe if they are compatible.

Nick: I don't own any of the Brigade Games figures, but I have long admired them. I seem to remember that there was a thread about this a few months ago and the conclusion then was that the Brigade Games figures, being sculpted by Paul Hicks, would be shorter than the Bloody Miniatures figures.

Nick, i had some pirates and musketeers from Brigade Games and they are on the small size. They dont mix well with Bloody miniatures.

I have them somewhere in the project to sell off due to lack of time and space pile. They are bigger than the TAG and foundry figures and might be close enough to pass. I think I posted some size comparisons once upon a time.

Left to right: Brigade Games Musketeer - Perry ECW - TAG ECW - Old Glory ECW - Eureka ECW

The Brigade Games is the tallest, the Old Glory one is the shortest.

I only collected the smaller sized ranges so can't compare to Renegade or Redoubt, etc...

And even less helpful: the ladies, left to right: 7th Sea - Brigade Games - DSA (Ral Partha Europe)

Thanks to all.  I think I’ll stick with my Bloody Miniatures vaguely correct musketeers.
