Seems a pity they couldn't afford actors. No doubt like most contemporary Australian films they couldn't afford decent writers or a competent director either , so that's probably not the biggest issue. Thank God for Chat GPT eh?

It's strange and somewhat ironic that the Aussie film industry has actually become worse since they killed off the old 10BA tax credits, which were essentially a recipe for making shite to just to get a tax credit. Despite that the odd decent flick still got made. Not so much in the past decade or so.
