Are they compatible in size and heft?
I believe Lucid Eye are tall compared to some ranges.
I haven't seen any size comparisons, however.

The only Lucid Eye Romans I have are kneeling triarii but from my own experience, they work well with the larger ranges like Aventine, so I imagine they'd be passable with Crusader?

Here's a mix of Aventine, Gripping Beast, and Lucid Eye

Just because I had five minutes of boredom to fill in I have found a couple of photos that may help. Not a direct comparison but you can probably extrapolate.

Thanks for the links! I had forgotten Aventine did Romans. But probably not EIR Romans, eh?
I'm working on a project that's not strictly historical and will be mixing units from different periods. o_o

They have a pretty comprehensive range for the Pax Romana era (say Domitian to early Severan dynasty).

I don't own any, but I always liked the look of the Black Tree Design Romans. While I have had several orders from them over the years and had no problems (delivering to New Zealand), I am aware that others have not had good experiences. Their Dark Ages range fits quite well with Crusader.
