Do you remember those imaginary monsters that lurked under your bed when you were a kid? Well, I have two bad news: they were not imaginary and they are not hiding anymore...
This is a list of all the wargames that have as a setting the nightmare world created by HP Lovecraft in his books. I have included several that have a classic or generic horror background, but that can be easily set in the Lovecraftian setting.
I hope you can sleep well tonight.

That Chaos in Cairo looks intriguing.

There IS a twin ruleset called chaos in Carpathia with a vampire setting in old Europe that IS great as well.

You're missing The Hills Rise Wild. It was a game published by Pagan Publishing in the 90s. It was in a board game-style box, but it's actually a set of miniatures rules. The terrain is made up of flat tiles, and the figures are cardstock that you mount on pennies. Movement and shooting require the use of a tape measure.
There are four factions: ghouls (the Deghoule Clan), deep ones (the Marsh Clan), cultists (the Cult of Ezekiel), and the Whately Clan (from The Dunwich Horror). Each faction has a base in the corners of the play area. There are huts scattered around the play area, and a large house in the center. You have to search the huts for items, particularly the keys to the house and the Necronomicon (which is in the house). When you find the Necronomicon, you have to run back to your base and summon your god.
