I have no idea :( ... but seeing as it's an Anvil miniature, I'd suggest it's 28mm to go with the rest of their range :) .

If you're going for a wild west look, I don't think anyone's mentioned Knuckleduster Miniatures yet (https://knuckleduster.com/collections/gunfighters-ball-single-figures (https://knuckleduster.com/collections/gunfighters-ball-single-figures)).  They have a great range of female figures, both armed and unarmed, and are a good sized 28mm that fits well with other sci-fi ranges.
