Starting a new project/game, I was wondering if anybody knows a firm who produces ninja’s wearing fox-masks?

Fox masks no, but Zenit do some ninjas in oni/demon masks:

The only one's I'm aware of are the Ninja Division chibi figures Clan Kitsune. I have loads of their chibi ninja and really like them but I presume they would be more cartoonish than you are looking for but worth pointing out just in case. Clan Kitsune is one of the few clans I don't have, might have to look  into that! £33 plus postage for this lot.

Unfortunately, Ninja Division UK website appears to be down and the US site talks about world wide reorganisation so if the UK site is gone for good postage from the US would make these eye-wateringly expensive!

These figures are good.
Almost finished the novel: Death amongst brothers part one by Mark Charles.
Lot of action and stuff for some Ninja action/scenario’s.
And there the foxmask wearing Shinobi come in.

Check out GCT studio's Bushido game; they just released a Kitsune faction starter set. I can imagine some of those painted in dark colours could easily pass as ninja. And the different other factions all have a sprinkling of kitsune here and there as well.

I searched extensively for kitsune-mask figures and could not find any.  (excepting the Ninja All Stars ones which I have and love, but they do not mix well with non-chibis.  And Ninja Division company is now kaput.)
 
With a bit of carving and green putty, it would be a relatively simple project to convert ninjas.
 
The figure I chose to work with was a Witch with a demon mask from a Test of Honour character set.  I carved the Oni mask to more of a fox shape, and then used bits of green putty to extand the snout and add ears.  For this type of work, I use the tiny XActo #212 blade.
 
Hmm, ninja conversions... now I might have to do some of those too!
