Hello All
I started hankering after some of the Rackham figures (i have a couple already) I guess i want more to prove I can't paint them.
Anyway I bought some stuff on ebay and then came across this website

My question is, Has anyone bought from them?
Where are they based (I assume France)?
I thought the Rackham stuff had disappeared. I did some searches online but didn't see anyone pushing the above website
Any info would be appreciated.

I understand they received the green light from Rackham to produce their miniatures right after Rackham folded, but the legal situation regarding the IP has remained murky ever since, especially with the several fraudulent and ill-fated French attempts at kickstarting and other shenanigans. Gibby64's endeavour here on the LAF is a positive exception though, but they 'only' do new sculpts.
Cadwallon also provide new sculpts, but additionally, they provide a lot of the originals as well. Whether or not they're actually recasts or cast from original moulds I can't tell.
I've bought a bunch of the original Confrontation bases from them about a year or so ago. Their service is prompt and friendly. One snag was that their package had been lying unclaimed at my local post office for two weeks, as I had received no alert it had arrived. So it was shipped back. But after a brief email exchange, they resent it without hassle :)
Bear in mind though that this was over a year ago and they are located in Kharkiv in Ukraine. Due to ongoing Russian bombing, their situation may have changed in the meantime. I am hoping they remain ok though and I am planning to order from them again in the future. But an email beforehand to check on the status of their workshop and warehouse might be prudent...

Yeah, they do excellent castings and are friendly traders. And it's a great way to get some OOP models

I was under the impression that they were selling recasts, but could be wrong.
Some of the new Signum sculpts look good. What is "photopolymer resin", for the uninitiated?

I just got some of their models about a month ago and it worked out well. No shipping issues and the casts are super clean. ;)

Very positive, great communication really quick dispatch and no problems with the order.
I've had 4 orders which took about 10 days to arrive each time.

Great to hear they're still at it :)
Their situation can't be an easy one I imagine. I reckon I'll be throwing another order their way soon as well!
