It is the rules lighter version of Blood Bowl, which is IMO to overloaded with special rules to be in any way accessible for new players. I played it a couple of times and really like it so far. I started with a Norse team, consequently I want all my following teams will have some Nordic touch (at least as far as the names are concerned). So - first two teams:
Midgard Ice Dragons

From left to right: Lineraider Liv, Ulfwererer Wulf Wulfsson (yes the Wulfson family is not famous for creative names...), Lineraider Henrik, Berserker Magnus Swafnirsson (“little” twin brother of Freya), Björn the Beer Boar, Team Leaderess Valkyrie Freya Swafnirsdottir (1 minute older “big” twin sister of Magnus) and Lineraider Benny.
Jotunheim All Blacks

From left to right: Linegobbo slippery Gitson, Blackorc Gritzgrog, Linegobbo lucky (succesfully threw a ball to Fistbrakka in a league game!) Snotson, Blackorc Fistbrakka (only teammate with a real sofisticated metal fist!), Blackorc Skullrekka, and Linegobbo Earpikka

Blitz Bowl is a great little game. These figures look superb. Do you plan to do any 3d terrain for it?

I am tempted, but right now I will do only 2 or 3 more teams.

Excellent work, as always. I've played Blood Bowl since 1993, but never got into the Blitz Ball version of it.
