I have noticed a lot of you using some kind of mesh to cover the windows of futuristic cars, for fences, end the likes.
What kind of mesh (auminium/plastic?) do you use, and where do you get it, please?
I have only come across some metal mesh used for railraod model landscapeing, and it falls apart if you cut it up (being actual thread mesh, not a cast material).

Aluminium mesh used for car repairs. Found in car repair shops. Ironmongers. 'Järnhandel'. It is pretty common.

Yep in the UK we have Halfords who sell the stuff, it comes in approx A4 size sheets, not expensive, perhaps try evilbay?

The plastic mesh used on screen doors works nicely; somewhere in one of my boxes'o'stuff there's a decent sized piece of the stuff, for eventual use in fencing.
Not as strong as metal mesh, but doesn't do a number on your hands like some of the metal stuff does when you handle it.
