This is the beginning of my Bunker terrain build. The idea is to use the old mixed with more modern equipment, but not too futuristic. Most of the items so far are from Ainsty Castings and Actual Size Miniature (eBay). Currently working out the size of rooms I want so I haven't completed that many wall sections plus I need to decide on how to represent the doors. Inspiration comes from many many sources. I'll try and elaborate more on them as the project progresses.

What a wonderful painting style; I especially love the checked bedspread, it must have taken ages.
Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Great painting. Very atmospheric ! :)
-
Very cool. I am very tempted to copy that project of yours, but I won't be able to explain the purchase or building of any more modular terrain...
Maybe someday... :D

Some work on the walls for Computer Room A. I've decided to go with these doors from Blotz. I think they fit well with the bunker feel.

A wonderful Grav Truck from Oshiro Models. WIP paint job at the moment. Going for an industrial yellow scheme. I have an additional trailer for this as well. Guess that means i'll have to build a garage for the truck as well now.

Thanks, I think the bookcase was from either Ainsty Castings or Fenris Games can't remember which. The wall panels are from the old Antenocitis Workshop unfortunately no longer available. Don't know if anyone picked them up?

Nice. Looking forward to more.
Any thoughts on special rules for interiors?

I just looked at this stuff again. Nuka-Cola? A little Fallout action?
-
Nuka- Cola is at the end of everywhere and every when.
One of the few, true constants of the multiverse.

Hey ColdWarCommander

+++++UPDATE+++++
Firstly can I say many thanks for all the encouraging comments.
After a trip to a local wargames tabletop sale recently I picked up a bargain bag of Red Vectors 28mm Sci Fi doors currently available from Pendraken if anyone is interested. The bag contained six double doors and six single doors so after assembly and a quick paint job I have twelve doors to add to the Bunker Project. One of the single doors had a slight bit of damage on the keypad but once I'd finished painting them it looks like the keypad has taken a bit of battle damage. The keypad and screen add something extra to an otherwise fairly simple design.
Cheers

Hi the green is Elysian Green from Citadel. I basecoat with this then a black wash then paint individual panels/doors again with Elysian Green then just lighten it slightly for a final highlight painting smaller areas within each panel.
