Hi there,

The new kit of the Sd.Kfz 250/1 has been lying on my shelf for some time.
Now I finally decided to build a fictional vehicle of the 9th SS-Panzerdivision Hohenstaufen during Operation Market Garden.

The model is built out of the box. The only changes are the addition of personal equipment in the storage box in the crew compartment
and the replacement of the observer's head with a head from the Warlord Games SS Panzergrenadier box.
In addition, the matching decals from Warlord Games were used on the figures and tactical markings from a Rubicon kit were added to the vehicle.

Painting was done completely by brush.

Nicely done model, have I missed something? Why the opening statement? Surly we are not at that stage?

Sorry, I'm used to that. I come from Germany and we are quite sensitive when it comes to topics relating to National Socialism.
An explicit depiction of Waffen SS units can quickly be misunderstood here. I avoid this with such a foreword.
