Honestly, I have no idea what he actually is. I reckon it could be a champion of Nurgle or some other kind of Chaos knight from the Warhammer world. I own him for several decades now and finally gave him a coat of paint for no specific reason, but to have him finished at last. Maybe he'll find some use in Frostrgave or TSB, as I don't play Warhammer or any derivates.

I think he's one of the older champions they released during a big campaign back then. Great work on the beaten metal of the scythe and that poor, poor horse :D
-
He is indeed a "Lord of Nurgle". Came in his own little box. Shows up in the 2010 Citadel Catalog.
-
Very nice job! I like your palette a lot and that’s a pretty cool figure - not as “busy” as more recent GW figures.
-
Beautiful work Michi, I really like the silhouette of this cast, it is such a classic fantasy image.

Love it 8)

Very, very nice!
-
Very appropriately unsettling- the horse is absolutely incredible work, great inspiration :)
-
Very nice indeed. Love the blue shade you've given the horse. 8)
I think this sculpt has been the inspiration for the later Harbringer of Decay; there are some definite similarities there:

('Eavy Metal paintjob; certainly not mine... ::) )

Many thanks for your kind comments! :)

Thanks for this confirmation too!

I didn't know that one, but you seem to be right - there are quite a few similar elements... :D

Nice.
No idea what it is, but an excellent paint job.

Very cool. One I've always wanted.
