Title: Pre Coloured Flats?

Hi, I'm trying to recall the name of the Company that sells pre-coloured flat figures. I know Peter Dennis sells paper figures and Helion has a series of books covering a variety of periods, but I recall someone who sold "plastic flats".  However I just can't recall the name of the company and no amount of googling helps.

Can someone put me out of my misery and tell me the name of the Company.
